I finished and entered 3 quilts in the Fair, 2 of them were unfinished for a long time. The purple/yellow Butterflies and Bear's Paws was a quilt-along pattern from Judy Laquidara last? year.. maybe 2 years ago. The Christmas Stars miniature was from years ago, just didn't like it as much as I thought, and Christmas came and went... I also entered Giving Thanks, the first quilt on my Gammill with the Statler from this May. This was an original pattern inspired by a wallhanging from Little Quilts. It was also a work in progress for a long time. It feels good to have 3 quilts finished. I entered a couple things in the Sewing and Machine Embroidery departments too. Always fun to see what happens.
